About the event
In this small group, hands on workshop, we’ll gather in my home studio to prepare for winter’s coughs, colds, and sniffles using simple, time honoured home herbal remedies.
Together, we’ll explore common backyard herbs and kitchen staples, learning about their medicinal actions, from warming circulatory stimulants and antimicrobial powerhouses to soothing demulcents and immune tonics.
We’ll cover:
