The Apothecary Cabinet - Herbal Washes, Compresses & Poultices

Join me for the 'The Apothecary Cabinet' series, where we will delve  into the basics of homemade herbal remedies and how to apply them to  your everyday life.

In this small group workshop, we will look at useful herbs for first aid situations and how to turn them into washes, compresses and poultices.

You will learn:

• the differences between herbal washes, compresses and poultices 
• the medicinal properties of the herbs we are using
• basic recipes that you can then customise at home

Enjoy endless cups of tea and some botanical inspired snacks, then head on home with your very own set of comfrey poultices. All materials and notes are  provided.

This workshop is hosted upstairs at Acorn & Oak Apothecary in Ballarat.
