The Apothecary Cabinet - Herbal Infused Honey & Vinegar, Oxymels and Electuaries

Join me for the 'The Apothecary Cabinet' series, where we will delve into the basics of homemade herbal remedies and how to apply them to your everyday life.

In this small group workshop, we will look at how to create potent (and tasty!) herbal infused vinegars and honey for standalone use, as well as how to turn them into healing oxymels, electuaries and pillules. You will learn:

• the medicinal properties of vinegars and honey
• the medicinal properties of seasonal herbs
• a variety of different infusion methods
• basic recipes that you can then customise at home

Enjoy endless cups of tea and some botanical inspired snacks, then  head on home with your very own infused vinegar and honey. All materials and notes are  provided.

This workshop is hosted upstairs at Acorn & Oak Apothecary in Ballarat.
