Join me for the 'The Apothecary Cabinet' series, where we will delve into the basics of homemade herbal remedies and how to apply them to your everyday life.
In this small group workshop, we will look at how to create one of my all time favourite remedies, Fire Cider Vinegar - raw apple cider vinegar infused with horseradish, turmeric, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, lemon, orange, rosemary & cinnamon.
You will learn:
the medicinal properties of Fire Cider ingredients
how you can use Fire Cider beyond swigging down a daily shot
