The Apothecary Cabinet - Fire Cider Vinegar

Join me for the 'The Apothecary Cabinet' series, where we will delve into the basics of homemade herbal remedies and how to apply them to your everyday life.

In this small group workshop, we will look at how to create one of my all time favourite remedies, Fire Cider Vinegar.

You will learn:

• the medicinal properties of Fire Cider ingredients
• how you can use Fire Cider beyond swigging down a daily shot
• a basic recipe that you can then customise at home

Enjoy endless cups of tea and some Fire Cider inspired snacks, then  head on home with your very own jar of Fire Cider Vinegar to brew up. All materials and notes are  provided.
