Seasonal Tea Blending - Summer

In this workshop we'll look through some of my favourite herbs inspired by the sunny, blue sky days of summer. 

We'll taste our way through the individual herbs, alongside learning their physical and medicinal properties, traditional uses and energetics, as well as tea blending and brewing techniques. 

You'll get to make up your own custom blend to take home in a beautiful glass apothecary jar.

And as always, we'll finish the day with tea and cake!
