Seasonal Tea Blending

In this workshop we'll be tasting our way through some of my favourite seasonal botanicals, chatting about their physical and medicinal properties, traditional uses and energetics. It's kind of like Speed Dating with herbs! 

We'll also be covering some basics of tea blending and brewing techniques, so you can make the perfect cuppa at home.

You'll make up your own custom blend to take home in a beautiful glass apothecary jar, which would make a great Christmas gift for a friend or family member.

And as always, we'll finish the day with tea and cake!
