Come to my cottage garden to encounter Elderflower in its full blooming glory. Discover how to recognize Elderflower and its common lookalikes, and delve into its traditional, medicinal, and culinary uses. I will demonstrate the process of harvesting, drying, and storing Elderflower. Then, we will move to my kitchen to create Elderflower Syrup and Fritters. Finishing up with

relaxing in the garden with afternoon tea and chat with like minded plant loving folk.
