Fire Cider Making

Join me while we prepare my favourite Fire Cider vinegar, a traditional folk remedy used as a digestive tonic and to help prevent seasonal sneezes and sniffles, amongst other things.

In this workshop we'll discuss the benefits of adding Fire Cider vinegar into your daily life, as well as learning the beneficial properties of each ingredient, and seasonal variations you can make to the base recipe. 

We'll taste test our way through a few great recipes that use Fire Cider as a key ingredient.

And then it's onto prepping your own jar of Fire Cider which you'll get to take home to macerate, strain and bottle.

And to finish the day, we'll share a pot of tea and some yummy cake.
