Elderberry Medicine Making

It's the time of the year where I get to use one of my all time favourite herbs, Elderberry.

In this workshop we'll talk through the the medicinal and traditional uses of Elderberry, how to ID Elderberry, picking & processing berries and then how to make Elderberry syrup, vinegar and gummies. 

You'll get to go home with a bottle of syrup, a bottle of vinegar and gummies too. 

And as always, we'll finish the day with tea and cake!
