Elderberry Medicine Making

It's the time of the year where I get to use one of my all time favourite winter herbs, Elderberry.

In this workshop we'll talk through the the medicinal and traditional uses of Elderberry, how to ID them, picking & processing the berries and how to make Elderberry syrup, vinegar and gummies. 

You'll get to go home with a bottle of syrup, a bottle of vinegar and gummies too. 

And as always, we'll finish the day with tea and cake!
