This fiery brew, based on a traditional folk recipe, has been revered for generations as a simple and effective remedy to relieve sinus congestion, ward off colds and flus, aid digestion, and increase circulation. It's especially useful to have on hand in cold weather.
Made up of Raw Harcourt Apple Cider Vinegar infused with Horseradish, Turmeric, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Lemon, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Thyme, Cayenne & Clove

Serving Suggestions:
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons at the first sign of a cold, and then repeating every 3 to 4 hours until symptoms subside. Some people also take fire cider as a preventative during cold and flu season.
Mixed in with hot water and honey for a sore throat tea.
Mix with Extra Virgin Olive OIl as a salad dressing.
Marinade your favourite protein - great with fish, chicken, tempeh and tofu.
Drizzle over steamed or stir-fried veg.
Add a shot to your Bloody Mary mix.
